TASTING NOTES
This modern expression of Pinot Noir reveals a radiant ruby color with garnet reflections, hinting at both elegance and depth. On the nose, it opens with a vibrant bouquet of red cherries, wild strawberries, and raspberries, underscored by subtle floral notes of rose petal and violet. Delicate hints of forest floor, clove, and toasted vanilla emerge, a nod to its careful aging in French barrique barrels. The palate is full-bodied yet graceful, with a silky texture that envelops the mouth. Bright acidity brings tension and freshness, while ripe red fruit flavors intertwine with layers of baking spices, fine cedar, and a whisper of smoky minerality. The oak is seamlessly integrated, enhancing the wine’s structure and adding polish without overwhelming the purity of the fruit. The finish is long, refined, and persistent, leaving behind echoes of cherry compote, cinnamon, and a hint of graphite. This Pinot Noir exemplifies modern craftsmanship balancing intensity with finesse, and offering a deeply satisfying tasting experience..
